I would give negative 10 stars if I could! I went to this location for a visit. Regular pcp visit, all healthy, first pcp visit in several years. I have had medical coverage without interruption for years and years. I erroneously recieved a bill that said my visit wasnt covered. I checked with my insurance company and this office's billing dept, they confirm that it was an error and should've been covered. Fast foward to now, the following January I was informed by phone that this bill is going to collections and the dispute submitted was not submitted officially, just a note was made. If my credit report is impacted by this mistake made by both parties, I will be taking legal action

I woke with pain in both ears. Because we’re visiting the area, I needed to google urgent care. I was able to schedule an appointment in the next hour with Aisha Sesay, NP. Then began the scramble to work my way through entering all my info before the 20 minute drive. While the site was pretty straightforward, it took time to enter all my medical history, insurance information including front and back screenshots, and all my medication. At one point, I clicked back and it sent me to the beginning. Once at the facility, I could not be checked in until the entire pre-registration was completed by me. I’ve never been to a clinic where the staff did nothing to add to your chart. The NP was 48 minutes behind schedule. Her bedside manner was not what I expected. She told me to look up the pharmacy I would like my prescription sent to. She left the room twice to look up appropriate medication to prescribe to me. Or at least that’s what it seemed like. There was no suggestion for symptom care…flush, pain meds, decongestant, etc. I had to ask.

It was easy to make an online appt to fit my schedule. It was easy, but time consuming, pre-registering but that’s to be expected. Upon arrival everyone I interacted with was polite and professional. Wait time from when I walked in to scheduled appt was less than 30 minutes. Attending nurse was thorough. PA Aisha Sesay was polite, thorough, professional and really took the time to listen to my issue/situation. Our agreed upon treatment was set easily. My prescriptions were sent to pharmacy immediately. Follow up has been good. I will definitely return here if the need arises.

I saw Stephanie NG for my annual physical and she was great! I loved Dr. Murthy but she relocated and I have been struggling to find a provider that I felt was as thorough and thoughtful as she was. I booked with Dr. NG not knowing what to expect, and I am so happy that I did. She was very efficient, personable and listened to my concerns. The appointment was fast, but I did not feel rushed. I can not say enough great things about her. 10/10 would recommend.

Showed up an hour early from scheduled appt as symptoms were becoming unbearable and was notified by front desk that I may have to wait until scheduled time which was to be expected but I just couldn't handle my symptoms anymore. Thankfully within 10mins they pulled me back into the room and swiftly and efficiently began checking my vitals and doing a few tests which results came back even quicker than expected along with advice on what I should do next. Very thankful for the staff at all care in Lorton yall really pulled through.

I had an emergency that needed to be attended to quickly because I was at work and had to be back at a certain time. I stopped by during my lunch break today as a walk in and the ladies at the front desk were so friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze - scanned the QR code with my phone at the front desk and I filled out all the paperwork within 10 minutes. I was brought back in a very timely manner. The medical assistant was nice (I didn’t catch her name!) and then I was seen by Dr. Ng. What they had to do during my appointment was not easy but they treated me with care and kindness. Dr. Ng was very personable and had great bedside manner. All the staff I encountered today were wonderful. Thank you so much for helping me out!

Great doctors/providers (when you can find one) in an emergency but don't recommend you use as primary care providers as they seem to have high attrition rate so its hard to get any continuity of care from same provider over time. I give the facility 1 star due to an administrative policy whereby they will only write prescriptions for 90 days with NO renewals (even for maintenance meds like blood pressure/thyroid) so they can require you "pay" for a renewal of same via an appointment every 90 days - $120 if you don't have insurance. Sure this is policy of the administration of the business and never encountered before. Also be on the lookout during physicals for recommendations (aka upsales) by the provider for additional vaccines and/or tests that are not covered under your insurance's annual physical coverage - they won't tell you that when recommending and later you get charged full price since insurance doesn't cover (example - rabies vacinnation for $150).
